Report An Appraisal Violation
Per guidelines of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), Pulaski Bank has established the following hotline and
email address to receive any complaints from appraisers, individuals or any other entities concerning the improper
influencing or attempted proper influencing of appraisers or the appraisal process. The hotline and email address is
anonymous and attended only by the Chief Compliance Officer. All investigations will be conducted of improprieties
within 72 hours and upon completion of the inquiry (or, after a period not to exceed 60 days, whichever is first)
shall notify the Independent Valuation Protection Institute and any regulatory bodies of any indication of improper
conduct. The name and the identifying information of the person or entity that has filed such a compliant shall be
kept in strictest confidence by the Chief Compliance Officer, except as required by law. The lender shall not
retaliate, in any manner or method, against the person or entity which makes such a compliant.
